I had a dream to where I was playing a video game character, and I was climbing hundreds of feet up a mountain. I tried to hop one level down and landed on a bear. The bear then reacted in the same way the pigs react when you ride them in the game Minecraft, and it leaped off the mountain, sending me falling to my doom towards a body of water. Bellly flopped. When I hit the water I went from third person to first person view. Instead of falling through the water though, I was stuck on the surface layer. In fact, that's all there was to that body of water... a layer (about 1 foot deep) of water... and it caught me and held me between 2 different worlds. The scene rotated and now my back felt like it was resting on the water (like a deadman's float) on the other 'side' and I stared up at the night sky. I could feel the earth spinning but it was in a soothing motion, not one that would make you sick. It was so beautiful that it took my breath away. I gasp and my dream turned lucid. I felt like I was really taking a deep breath. I could smell the fresh outdoor air. The temperature was perfect and I could feel a light cool breeze up against my skin. The colors were so clear, bright and vivid. "Oh my god, this is beautiful" I said to myself. My brain realized it was a dream and I have a hard time staying in a lucid dream when I realize I'm dreaming, so I woke up although I wasn't ready to leave that place. When I awoke, I quickly wrote this down, along with a quick sketch of this scene so I could do an art piece of it at another time. Here is a small glimps into that dream.
